Privacy Policy

In short: CueFinch runs on your own PC, has no user accounts and sends us no usage data. This page explains the small amount of personal data we do handle, why we handle it, and what your rights are. The data controller is Tahir Feyzioglu, Türkiye — tahirfeyzioglu@gmail.com.

1. The software on your PC

Everything you enter — names, teams, graphics, settings — is kept in a local database on your own computer.
There is no account, no telemetry, no usage statistics and no automatic update check.
Licence checks happen offline, on your computer.

2. Licence activation

To activate a licence you open our activation page (lisans.ledperimetersoftware.com) and send us:

your sale code;
a machine ID — a fingerprint calculated from hardware identifiers of your PC. It does not contain your name or your files;
optionally, a licence-holder name and an email address.

We keep this record so that we can issue your licence, issue it again if you need it, and prevent a code from being used more than it should be. The legal basis is performing our contract with you.

3. Buying a licence

When you buy a licence we receive your name, your email address, your country and what you bought. Card and payment details are handled by the payment provider; we never see them. We keep transaction records for as long as tax and commercial law requires.

4. This website

Server logs. Our hosting server records your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time, for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for a limited period.
Google Analytics. Loaded only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until then no analytics script runs and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer. The choice itself is saved in your browser, not on our server. Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months.
Google Fonts and YouTube images. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and video thumbnails from YouTube, so your browser contacts Google’s servers and sends them your IP address. The video player itself loads only when you click a video, from youtube-nocookie.com.
Download. You can download the software without registering.

5. Optional online features in the app

Some features connect to other services, and only if you turn them on:

squad import from TheSportsDB;
a Google Sheets document you link as a data source;
live chat from YouTube, Twitch and Kick;
OBS Studio or vMix on your own computer or network.

These connections go straight from your PC to that service. Nothing passes through us, and the privacy policy of the service applies.

6. Email

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so that we can answer and support you.

7. Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, Google (email, and Analytics if you accepted it) and the payment provider. Some of them are located outside your country, including in the United States.

8. How long we keep it

Licence records: for as long as the licence is valid, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
Purchase records: for the period required by tax and commercial law.
Email: for as long as it is needed to support you.

9. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it; you can object to or restrict its use, and withdraw a consent you have given. These rights come from laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Write to tahirfeyzioglu@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

10. Children

CueFinch is a tool for broadcasters and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
