Refund Policy

Try before you buy: every feature is free for 30 days. If you buy a licence and it still does not work out, you can ask for your money back within 14 days.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your lifetime licence, write to tahirfeyzioglu@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full amount. You do not have to give a reason — although telling us what went wrong helps us improve.

2. How to ask

Write to tahirfeyzioglu@gmail.com from the email address you used for the purchase.
Include your order number or the licence-holder name.
We usually reply within two business days.

3. How the refund is paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. If your order was processed by a payment partner (merchant of record), the refund is issued by that partner. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. After a refund

Once a licence has been refunded it is cancelled, and you must stop using it. Without a licence CueFinch runs in DEMO mode, with a watermark on the output.

5. After 14 days

After 14 days a lifetime licence is generally not refundable: it is a digital product, and the free trial lets you test every feature first. If a fault that we cannot fix stops you from using the software as described on this website, write to us anyway — we will look for a solution, which may include a refund.

6. Free trial

The free trial needs no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
