Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Tahir Feyzioglu, the developer of CueFinch (“we”, “us”), based in Türkiye. They apply when you use lowerthirdsoftware.com, download the software, run the free trial or buy a licence. By installing or using CueFinch you accept them.
1. The software
CueFinch is broadcast graphics software for Windows. It runs on your own computer and delivers lower thirds, score bugs, tickers and other graphics to your encoder as a browser source.
CueFinch is currently in public beta. Features may change, and the software may contain errors. Please test your setup before you go live.
2. Free trial
Every computer can start one free trial of 30 days with all features. When the trial ends and no licence is activated, the control panel keeps working, but a DEMO watermark is added to the output until a licence is activated.
3. Lifetime licence
A lifetime licence is a one-time purchase for $199. With it:
- The licence does not expire. There is no subscription and no renewal fee.
- The licence is valid for one Windows computer and is bound to that computer’s hardware.
- If you replace that computer, write to us. Requests to move a licence are handled case by case.
- The licence covers the version you bought and the updates we make available to licence holders. We do not promise that future major versions or particular future features will be included.
- You may use CueFinch for personal and commercial productions, including sponsored and monetised streams.
- The licence is granted to you. It is non-exclusive, and you may not sell or pass it on to someone else without our written consent.
4. Payment and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Your order may be processed by us or by a payment partner acting as reseller (merchant of record); the partner is named at checkout, and its terms apply to the payment itself. Depending on your country, VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout.
Your licence is delivered by email once payment has been confirmed.
5. Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The details are in our Refund Policy.
6. What you may not do
- Share, publish, resell or sublicense your licence file or sale code.
- Bypass the licence check, or remove the DEMO watermark without a valid licence.
- Redistribute the installer as your own product, or sell copies of the software.
- Decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Use the software to break the law or to infringe the rights of others.
7. Your content
You are responsible for everything you put on air with CueFinch: names, logos, team crests, sponsor artwork, chat messages and any other material. Make sure you have the right to use it. Your content stays on your own computer; we do not see it or store it.
8. Third-party products
CueFinch works alongside products and services such as OBS Studio, vMix, Streamlabs, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TheSportsDB and Google Sheets. They belong to their owners and are governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their names are trademarks of their respective owners. Because those products change, we cannot guarantee that every integration will keep working in the same way.
9. No warranty
The software is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it stable, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will run without interruption. Live broadcasting always carries risk; testing before you go on air is your responsibility.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost revenue, lost viewers, an interrupted broadcast or lost data. Our total liability for any claim connected with the software is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
11. Ending the licence
You may stop using CueFinch at any time. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these terms, for example by sharing your licence with others. When a licence ends, you must stop using it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. A change will not take away what a licence you have already bought entitles you to.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.
